What happens when one of my monthly charges fails?

Oney only accepts Visa or Mastercard credit cards, you cannot use an e-card to make a purchase with 3x4xOney.

You will receive an e-mail communication from Oney with useful information to regularize the payment directly in the Oney customer area. The amount due will be automatically resubmitted to you even several times.

Oney will inform you of the non-debit and will invite you to replace your credit card from the customer area (if the card has expired).

In accordance with the general conditions of 3x4xOney, you will be charged for costs due to late payment.

If after 30 days the payment has not yet been made, as per regulation, your contract will be entrusted to a debt collection agency.
