If your order is shipped, usually the tracking code is generated by the relevant courier, and inserted in your order in the next 24 hours from the shipment notification. If you are unable to view the communication, we recommend that you check the spam folder of your e-mail.
Furthermore, you can always access your personal area on MusicalStore2005 where the shipping and delivery information associated with your order is always contained.
- To check the status of the shipment, from the menu on the left of your personal area click on My orders:
- If the order has been shipped, a progress bar will appear that will concern your shipment, as you can see in the image below:
