Payment with Soisy

In order to apply for a loan with Sella Personal Credit, with Soisy or with Findomestic, the following conditions must be met:

• be of age
• be resident in Italy for at least 3 years
• be a natural person (this is a service reserved for private customers only)
• have a regular and demonstrable income
• possess good creditworthiness (not having received reports or protests from credit databases).
• Those who have received reports or protests from credit databases such as CRIF cannot request payment by installments.
• have a bank account (an IBAN must be indicated to which the automatic monthly payment of the installment must be debited, without bulletins or files in the post office).

Below we will explain how to buy a product by taking advantage of a loan with Sella Personal Credit, Soisy or Findomestic.

STEP 1

When choosing the products, first check that in the product sheet of the item you have chosen, the financing possibilities such as Findomestic, Sella Personal Credit or Soisy are active (not all products are enabled for all financing possibilities).

Choose the product to buy by clicking on the 'Add to cart' button and then click on 'Checkout'.

STEP 2
Within the order completion area called 'Payment method' choose one of the available financing options *. Once the financing option has been chosen

1. You will be sent to a page where you will have to fill in the required fields, keep your identity card handy
2. You will receive the result by e-mail, in case of "Approved Financing" you will receive a second e-mail containing the required documentation as listed in Step 3.

With Findomestic and Sella Personal Credit financing it is possible to pay an advance (when completing the order, and finance the remaining part. See the following image:

STEP 3

If the funding request is approved, the finance company will usually ask for the documents listed below that I should send through their website, or by email. The documents required are generally the following:

• copy of the front and back health card
• copy of domestic user in the last two months
• copy of a valid identity document on the front and back
• copy of pay slip or pension slip or single model

N.B. the financial institution may require other documents not listed

STEP 4

Usually, the chosen financial company, within 24/48 hours of sending all the required documents, will send both the customer and MusicalStore2005 the authorization 'Goods delivery authorization'.

Musicalstore2005 will provide as soon as possible the delivery of the products based on the delivery date indicated during the purchase phase.

It is possible to divide the entire amount from a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 12 installments.

It is not possible to pay a Sella Personal Credit, Soisy or Findomestic loan via bulletins. To apply for a loan, it is necessary to have an IBAN relating to a bank account.

By choosing SOISY as a payment method, you will not incur any extra expenses. All costs are included in the installment that will be charged to you monthly.

The interest rate of the installments varies according to the creditworthiness established by the finance company.
The amount shown on the prospectus that appears to you when choosing SOISY as a payment method is only an estimate; the real interest rate and the consequent final amount of each single installment will be reported in the contract that will be proposed to you.

After answering a few questions about your profession and uploading the required documents (Identity Card and Tax Code), the finance company will evaluate your request for funding.
Once you have ascertained your eligibility for financing and approved your application, you will be required to digitally sign the contract (by entering the OTP code that will be sent to you via SMS).
Once the contract has been signed, you will receive a confirmation email in which the MusicalStore2005 Customer Service will update you on the details of your order.

N.B. The order will be processed (shipped) only if the loan request is approved and liquidated.

To access a loan, even in the absence of an employee's paycheck, it is possible to provide documentation such as a pension slip or any other demonstrable income (eg VAT number).

It is not possible to apply for funding as a legal person (or company). The loan request is exclusively dedicated to individuals who are employees or in possession of a VAT number (sole proprietorship).

Usually the approval of the loan takes place within 24/48 hours (considering working days) from the sending of all the required documents. At the end, the financial company sends both the customer and MusicalStore2005 the authorization for the delivery of the products.

It may happen that the loan is approved by the financial institution but the clearance is not yet available. Without clearance sent to the customer at MusicalStore2005 the order cannot be shipped yet.
